Now one of the Turtle Twins must compete in the Turtle x Rabbit Race to win the prize and rebuild their homes. Dirty Duke - the "#@!&!%" responsible for the disastrous flood - and a Gang of Raccoons will do anything to ensure that his pet Loko finishes in first place.
